Andrei Kasyanau

Andrei Kasyanau is the co-founder & CEO of Glorium Technologies (parent company of CogniAgent). He has more than 20 years in technology. He began as a software developer on Wall Street and spent about eight years there before starting Glorium in 2010.

Under his leadership, Glorium made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies four years in a row (2020–2023). It became a product development partner for startups and established businesses, focused on healthcare and real estate and expanding into fintech and e-commerce. Andrei also advises startups on product strategy, software development, and building engineering teams.

He was a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where his articles covered predictive AI in healthcare, the real cost of adopting AI, AI-driven market and property insights, and ERP customization. He has also written for Entrepreneur about building patient trust in AI, healthtech products, and launching startups. At CogniAgent, he applies that experience to AI agents that automate real business workflows, from customer conversations to operational processes.
